Plain Jane Texture Medium is an easy to use, natural, mineral powder that can be mixed with Plain Jane Chalk Paint to create beautiful, unique paint effects and add an aged, chippy patina to your painted furniture.
Two Colour Chippy Finish
Mix 1:1 ratio Texture Medium to paint in your chosen base colour. Stipple over your piece and allow to dry. Paint your top colour all over the base colour. When dry, sand back to reveal 'chippy' areas in your base colour. 
Textured Finish
Mix 1;1 ratio Texture Medium to paint. Stipple mixture over your piece in a thick and uneven layer to create peaks and raised areas. Dry brush once dry with a different coloured paint to highlight raised areas. Perfect for creating faux stone or concrete effects.
Raised Stencils
Mix Texture Medium with paint to create a smooth paste. Apply through your stencil with a dabbing motion to avoid movement under the edges of the stencil. Smooth over the textured paint with a spatula. Remove the stencil before paint dries.
